Job Description

• Quick and effective decision-making to resolve issues on the production floor.
• Understanding of production processes and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives.
• Monitoring production processes to ensure that operating safely and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff, ensure all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively.
• Ensure / maintain the procedures and policies are well- understood and followed.
• Setting daily/ weekly/ monthly objectives and communicating to employees.
• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Responsible submit the reports on performance data and daily progress.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Maintain and provide support to all 5-S program.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, protocols, maintaining a healthy work environment for all staff and maintain product quality.
• Responsible and ensure that materials and supplies are in a positive flow.
• Monitoring production data and implementing efficiency improvements to reduce costs and enhance output.
