Basic Requirements:

Work experience (including technical/ professional training and qualification) in: Possess at least 3 years experiences of production management in large enterprise.
Possess certain knowledge of production management;
Proficient experience in planning, organizing and implementing production work;
Possesses excellent practical operation experience and team building ability

Job responsibilities?( Please address as detailed as possible)

1. Allocate personnel and organize production tasks according to PPC's production scheduling plan.

2. Manage and control the production site, including personnel, machinery, materials, methods, environment, and testing, to ensure quality and timely completion of production tasks.

3. Oversee the management of the production site and related matters, promptly addressing any abnormal events.

4. Responsible for the output, efficiency, quality and cost control of the production process, and fully responsible for improving efficiency and reducing costs;

5. Regularly inspect the implementation of the three major systems and IATF16949, continuously improving and enhancing processes.

6. Analyze and summarize production data, guiding improvements on the production floor, and ensuring full participation in 6S and TSI requirements.

7. Continuously acquire production management knowledge, train and guide subordinates to improve their work performance.

8. Complete other routine tasks assigned by superiors, and assist in perfecting the management systems of the production department.

9. Assist related departments in completing their respective tasks.

10. Constantly innovate and improve various tasks to enhance efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
