Job Summary

Supervise production lines involving automated presses and robotic systems to meet output, quality and safety targets. Manage and motivate operators and technicians; ensure proper shift handovers and work discipline. Track daily output, reject rates and downtime; submit reports to management. Document equipment failures, safety incidents and corrective actions. Maintain records of operator training and upskilling initiatives. Coordinate with planning and logistic to align production schedules with customer demand. Troubleshooting & Support: Respond to equipment issues, escalate technical problems, and perform root cause analysis. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficient reduce downtime. Collaborate with engineers to optimize process, fine tune robot program machine parameters. Ensure quality compliance by collaborating with QA teams on defect analysis and corrective action audits and providing technical feedback. Support to achieve department and company KPI's.

Key Accountabilities

Possess 3-5 years of experience with strong familiarity and understanding of press mechanics and robotics. Lead and motivate teams effectively, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts. Utilize data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare clear and accurate reports, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination and communication. Education

Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field,

Specific Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities

Able to read and understand both Malay and English. Possess strong technical knowledge. Demonstrate effective people management and leadership skills.
