Supervise daily operations in the wood / furniture production department. Monitor workers' performance and ensure production targets are met. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and product quality standards. Coordinate with the production planner, QC team, and other departments. Oversee the maintenance of tools, machines, and raw materials.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Wood Industry / Furniture Technology

(UiTM or equivalent). Minimum 1-2 years experience in furniture or wood-based manufacturing.
(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to read technical drawings and understand furniture production processes. Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a factory environment.
