We are seeking a skilled
Production Supervisor for Woodwork

Location: Kulai
What you'll be doing
Supervise daily production, assign tasks, and ensure schedules are met. Monitor output to maintain efficiency, quality, and reduce defects. Enforce safety rules, conduct inspections, and maintain a safe workplace. Ensure products meet standards through regular checks and audits. Communicate with team and management to share updates and feedback. Train, guide, and motivate staff to build skills and accountability. Lead by example, promote teamwork, respect, and professionalism. Solve production issues quickly and make effective resource decisions. Drive continuous improvement and support process optimization.
What we're looking for
Minimum STPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any field. At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing/production. Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or evenings as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
