Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

To manage and supervise day to day production activities to ensure production proceeds in a safe and efficient manner according to the plan. Lead, manage and motivate a team of operators to achieve the required output and quality of the products. To manage and allocate appropriate manpower and resources to the different products lines based on loading and customers' requirements. Liaising with Planning and Logistics Departments to ensure prompt shipment of products. To organize and conduct on the job training of new and existing workers for continuous skill improvement. To prepare shift wise production reports and assess the performance of the team members. To manage material stock and reduce wastage including maintaining proper record of the feed material materials and products. Work on shift rotation on monthly schedule

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management or relevant. 2-3 years in production or operations supervisory position in manufacturing company Good time keeping and attention on details.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
