Job Description

• Support day-to-day operations of the bank's Data Security suite of products.
• Assist in designing, developing, deploying, and enhancing Data Security controls.
• Ensure secure configuration and continuous improvement of security solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and endpoint management teams for secure implementation.
• Contribute to compliance alignment with security standards and policies.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Data Security tools such as DLP and Email Encryption.
• Monitor security systems, review alerts, and support incident response activities.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades to security applications ensuring availability and performance.
• Analyze and remediate vulnerabilities while applying industry best practices in Data Security.
• Document operational procedures and provide support for audits and reporting needs.
