Job Description

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field
• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant production management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work in various shifts and adapt to changing production demands

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure smooth operation and adherence to production schedules
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor their performance to ensure quality and efficiency
• Provide guidance and training to team members on production processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Oversee the setup and operation of production machinery and equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure adequate supply for production needs
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Report on production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality, to management
• Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implementing corrective actions
• Motivate team members to meet production targets and quality standards, addressing any performance issues as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure a smooth production flow
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned or instructed through a duly authorized person of the company.

• Salary Range: RM 2,500 to RM 3,500
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS

• Yearly increment and bonus (Based on Performance)

• Working Hours: From 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
