Job Description

Assembly of Battery Components:

Assemble and fabricate battery packs, cells, and other related components according to detailed specifications and technical drawings.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality inspections to ensure all assembled products meet safety and performance standards. Report any discrepancies or defects to the supervisor for corrective action.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

Perform functional and operational tests on assembled battery packs to verify performance, including voltage and current tests, temperature checks, and capacity tests.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure that all assembly tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition. Report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a safe working environment. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and report safety hazards to the supervisor.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, test results, and inventory usage. Complete daily production logs and report any issues or delays to the production supervisor.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the production team, engineers, and quality control staff to meet production deadlines and ensure efficient assembly processes.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in training and development opportunities. Suggest improvements to assembly processes and work with supervisors to implement changes that enhance efficiency and produ

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus. (Electrical / Mechanical) Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in the battery or electronics industry. Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and tools. Familiarity with battery components, systems, and technologies. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to use measurement instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermometers. Excellent attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset. Ability to follow complex instructions and diagrams. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
