Possess at least a certificate or diploma in Manufacturing/ Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Strong ability to follow instructions accurately.
High attention to detail with a systematic and disciplined work approach.
Responsibilities:
Perform incoming material inspections to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
Conduct kitting of production build materials according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
Assist Engineers in preparing work instructions, assembly checklists, and other documentation.
Carry out assembly and wiring tasks according to approved work instructions and specifications.
Support Engineers in testing and inspecting assembled or wired products to meet established standards.
Perform cleaning, packing and crating of finished products for shipment.
Maintain SAFE, OPERATIONAL, SYSTEMATIC, CLEAN & TIDY work environment, including production tools, equipment and floor space.
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity in processes, tools and equipment.
Participate in activities to improve the manufacturability of products.
