Job Description
Our Client : Our client is a Taiwan based Electronic Original Design Manufacturer (ODM), currently expanding its production facility aiming to ramp up its production capacities in Penang, Malaysia.
Industry : Manufacturing / Production
Location : Bayan Lepas FTZ, Penang
Tenure : Permanent, Full Time
* Maintain equipment and fixtures, and manage ROHS/HF product maintenance.
- Train and coach the testing jobs for operators.
- Analyze and improve defective products.
- Additional duties assigned by department heads.
- To prepare daily maintenance report & immediate response for poor quality issues.
- Feedback to Engineer issues encountered.
- Implement improvement activities based on the troubleshooting result.
- Knowledge of production required
- Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous
- Problem-solving skills, good powers of observation, analytical thinking skills
- Familiar with PCBA processes
- Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required
- Able to work shift
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage
