Independent, self-motivated with systematic analytical skill and improvement oriented mind-set.
Good teamwork and communication skill.
Good Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel/ Power Point/ Word).
Design capability using AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Through systematic approach able to perform line troubleshooting and provide technical support with respect to identifying root cause of product defect and process failure;
To verify processes and products quality are in conformance to customer requirements and specifications;
To organize and conduct line trial with internal team or suppliers to ensure line readiness for the implementation of new processes, new machinery & any change event;
To ensure process control is implemented and monitored;
To conduct and lead in the cycle time study & line/ machine layout activity;
To conduct training for Supervisors/ Line Leaders/ Trainers on process and quality related matters and inspection skills whenever needs arise;
Able to plan, establish and review work procedure and standard operating conditions for mass production within time frame;
Able to maintain, review and updates the documentation record keeping on regular basis; and
Monitor all process supplies; ie tools/ jigs/ equipment
