Job Description

Requirements:



Diploma/Certs

in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduate welcoming to apply!!! Can Overtime.

Experience operating Laser cut, and manual bending machines

is highly preferred (usually 1-2 years). Ability to

read mechanical/engineering drawings

and

measurement tools

(calipers, micrometers, angle finders). Familiarity with

Laser cut and bending machine interfaces

and basic programming (optional but advantageous). Good

mechanical aptitude

and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of

materials

(especially sheet metal or pipes) and their behavior under stress. Understanding of

safety regulations

in a workshop or production environment.

Responsibilities:



Set up and operate bending machines

(e.g., press brakes, tube benders, roll benders).

Interpret technical drawings or blueprints

to determine machine settings and bending sequences.

Adjust machine settings

for angle, depth, and pressure to meet production specifications.

Monitor production process

and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.

Perform routine maintenance

and troubleshoot mechanical or control issues.

Calibrate tools and equipment

to ensure precision.

Work with other departments

like QA (quality assurance) and engineering for custom orders or special instructions.

Follow safety procedures

and ensure the machine area is clean and organized.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
