Job Description

Assist EA / Engineer in evaluation of production issues that affected towards production and quality. Responsible for moulding process control to achieve the production targets and meets the quality requirements. Support for moulding efficiency improvement to achieve relevant objectives. Check all the settings, set correct parameter of injection moulding machine. To ensure constant injection condition is maintained throughout the whole production. Check and control the process settings during the mass production. Conduct brief analysis the quality problems of all moulding parts; find the root cause and to take correct action. Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance according to the checklist as required. Carry out the tool, equipment, set-up new model testing and troubleshooting support. Comply and participate in all EQMS and Safety activities. To comply to any additional responsibilities as and when assigned / required by superior. Can cooperation with team members and can share idea to improve the section and company. Can work independently to perform their works accordingly with minimum supervise superior and have a good communication flow if any issue/problem happen.
