Job Description

Job Responsibilities:1. Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and production schedule to meet customer\'s specification.2. To understand the basic trouble shooting concepts and actively participant in related improvement activities for continuous improvement.3. Responsible to ensure safe working methods are practice and aware of any safety problem arise and forward to superior\'s attention.4. Ensure all ISO & IATF Quality System requirement are follow.5. Proper and efficient material handling to ensure product traceability to meet quality and scheduling demands.6. Always practice good housekeeping, including use of the 5Ss\' technique or any other relevant methods as decided by the management.7. Ensure objectives and KRA are achieved.8. Responsible to change size, attend to all minor repairs and make adjustment of machine and tools in accordance with Product specification.9. Upkeep and maintain production machinery and equipment & perform autonomous maintenance for machine and equipment.10. Record and report production data, including output, quality, and downtime.11. Better understanding on ISO 14001 requirements.12. Better understanding in identifying hazardous waste and make proper disposal arrangement to the scheduled waste storage.13. To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.MInimum Requirements:1. Diploma level2.
