Our Geo-services team provides support to multiple product lines within our organization. We collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and customers to provide services from exploration through to production.
Take ownership for industry leading projects
As a Production Technology Advisor\xe2\x80\x93 APAC, you\xe2\x80\x99ll provide overall leadership, vision, and direction for a comprehensive discipline program in the Reservoir Services organization. The Region Discipline advisor is critical to enabling the company to deliver its Technology strategy for the organization and a roadmap to achieve strategic goals. This leader will bring hands on as well as strategic thought leadership regarding technology, disciplines and products and create strong partnerships across product lines.
As a Production Technology Advisor - APAC, you will be responsible for: Leading the Production Technology Discipline for Asia Pacific Region Reservoir Technical Services organization.

• Being recognized internally and externally as an expert in production technology disciplines.
• Providing technical support, initiatives and strategies to our customers and technical reference for products lines.
• Leading projects of significant size and complexity incorporating product development, multiple enhancements, product application, and influence on related product lines.
• Providing mentoring and training activities to junior petroleum engineers to support and advance the enterprise technology roadmap.
• Communicating effectively with other functional areas required and influencing peers to meet business objectives

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• 
  Have a Bachelor\'s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology or Earth Sciences with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Have demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to mentor others.
• Have experience in end-to-end contract and commercial management for products, services, and projects.
• Be able to travel at short notice to potentially global locations (around 30% of the time).
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills.
