Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Deliver on-the-job training for new and existing production employees. Develop training materials, SOPs, work instructions, and competency checklists. Assess employees' skills and certify competency levels for various production tasks. Monitor trainees' performance and provide coaching to improve efficiency and quality. Work closely with production leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs. Ensure all training records, attendance, and evaluations are accurately documented. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise training effectiveness. Ensure all trainees comply with safety, quality, and operational guidelines.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
