Production & Warehouse Leader

Job Description
/ Responsibilities:
Production:*
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities - Ensure production output meets quality and quantity targets - Monitor machinery and troubleshoot minor issues - Implement and maintain 5S and safety practices - Report production status and issues to management - Train and guide production team members Warehouse:*
- Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, storing, and dispatching goods - Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock takes - Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock arrangement - Operate and supervise forklift operations when needed - Ensure timely loading/unloading for delivery and export - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of warehouse
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 -5years experience in production or warehouse environment - Leadership experience is preferred - Able to operate forklift (license preferred) - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Able to work in a fast-paced environment with responsibility
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
