Track planned output against actual output
Report to Superior / QC Inspector for any non-compliance or rejected WIP
Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
Report any machinery issues to superior for immediate assistance
Always equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Adhere to Company Policies and Rules and Regulations at all time
Cooperate and implement 5S as instructed by 5S Committee
