Position Title : Production cum Manufacturing Engineer

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM4,000 - RM6,000

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

\xc2\xb7 Oversee and coach employees; Submit reports on performance and progress

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

\xc2\xb7 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

\xc2\xb7 Provides support and guidance on manufacturing information by compiling, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests

\xc2\xb7 Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.

\xc2\xb7 Supports manufacturing engineering related projects as required

\xc2\xb7 Team member in assembly line set up, pilot production and mass production

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma/ Bachelors in Mechanical/ Manufacturing / or related engineering

\xc2\xb7 Relevant experience in NPI / Manufacturing

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills in spoken and written English

\xc2\xb7 Good inter-personal skills to interact with team members and vendors

\xc2\xb7 Pro-active and desire to work in a challenging environment

\xc2\xb7 Be a team player, ability to multitask and complete any job assigned efficiently
