The Job:

• Safely operate and maintain the family\'s vehicles, including cars or other designated vehicles.
• Transport family members to appointments, events, school, or other requested destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Plan routes in advance to ensure the most efficient and traffic-free travel options.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicles, including regular inspections, fueling, and reporting any mechanical issues to the appropriate party.
• Assist with loading and unloading packages, groceries, luggages or other items as requested.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of the family and their activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to family members and guests, demonstrating a friendly and courteous attitude at all times.
• Assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance and service appointments to ensure the vehicles remain in good working condition.
• Monitor and replenish vehicle supplies, such as fuel, oil, and other necessary items.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle expenses.
• Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
• Communicate effectively with family members, staff, and other relevant parties to coordinate schedules and fulfill transportation requests.
• Stay informed about current road conditions, traffic updates, and alternative routes to avoid delays.
• Adhere to the family\'s policies and procedures regarding vehicle usage, safety, and other relevant guidelines.

• Preferably someone with age 32 and above.
• Candidate who lives within 10 km of Damansara Idaman, Petaling Jaya.
• Possess valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• A non-smoker is preferred.
• Proven experience as a professional driver.
• Familiarity with local traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices.
• Excellent driving skills and a demonstrated ability to operate different types of vehicles.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the family.
• Excellent knowledge of the local area and the ability to navigate using Waze, GPS or other navigation tools.
• Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and last-minute transportation requests.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks, such as loading/unloading items.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure punctuality and efficiency.
• Impeccable driving record and a clean background.
• An intermediate level of spoken English.
