You will report to the Professional Area Sales Manager.The position
As a Professional Medical Specialist, you will have the full responsibility and accountability for the assigned region in order to achieve market share growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analysing and diagnosing the market to develop and execute a territory plan.
• Building effective relationships with assigned customers and providing them with information on our products, devices, and indications.
• Ensuring timely and consistent follow-up with customers.
• Actively participating and contributing effectively to regional meetings, national conferences, and other related meetings.
• Collaborating with colleagues from Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical, Medical and Regulatory (CMR) to maximize the sales of Novo Nordisk products.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of field sales experience in the Malaysia market, specifically in the Northern Region, and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• A University Degree in any science, business, marketing, or equivalent.
• A self-starter with a highly engaged and positive attitude, dynamic and highly results-driven with excellent networking abilities.
• Good track record, medical knowledge, and ability to quickly adjust to new situations in a continuously developing environment.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia.
