Job Summary:
As a Professional Oral Care Lead, you are a key player leading the Professional Oral Care team responsible for influencing and building long-term strategic partnerships with dental professionals to make Colgate oral care products an integral part of their practice, ensuring that Colgate is the brand they personally use, use in their dental office, actively recommend and prescribe most often to their patients.
What you will do:
Develop strong relationships and rapports with dental associations, professionals and dental schools driving usage, recommendation and prescription of Colgate products.
Responsible for a comprehensive 3 years strategy for engaging dental professionals
Lead the design and execution of Professional Oral Care Marketing strategy and oriented to strengthen Colgate's brand equity among Dentists and consumption building.
Understand and analyze channel, category & professional consumer data effectively
Understand competitors' strategies, emerging clinical trends, and the evolving needs of dental professionals to identify new opportunities.
Demand generation for therapeutic products in the territory assigned and achieve key performance indicators and sales of professional products in dental channels.
Represent Colgate at dental conventions and activities within dental communities, dental schools and associations.
Drive the strategy and execution for the company's presence at major dental congresses & symposiums.
Act as a primary resource for in depth oral health and product knowledge and understanding of dental professionals needs to influence and drive strong opportunities behind our brands and business goals.
Help build recommendations and brand equity through events and best practices.
Professionals recommendation (such as samples delivery)
Prepare progress reports for effective coverage & penetration rate to upper management & key stakeholders
Measure, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Oral Care Consultants.
Required qualifications, skills and experiences
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Health Science, Marketing, Business Administration
Experience:
8+ years Medical Detailing and Sales experience (preferably Dental or Oral Care sales, Healthcare sales, Pharmaceutical sales, consumer goods )
Strategic, analytical thinking ability and a well-developed business understanding and commercial sense to identify opportunities and grow the business
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Office/Google tools proficiency
