The Professional Services Specialist will be the technical owner of Amdocs ActixOne delivery projects, responsible for end-to-end implementation and deployment activities across the APAC region.

What will your job look like?

-Participate in all technical aspects of product delivery from design, integration, verification and implementation of the Amdocs ActixOne solution
-Understand and review customer technical requirements to provide the best solution to satisfy customer needs
-Develop implementation plans and lead cross functional teams to execute project deliverables
-Monitor, troubleshoot, and working closely with R&D to resolve all functional and performance related matters
-Involved in development of technical documents, training materials, providing post deployment trainings and workshops to customers on the administration and utilization of the Amdocs ActixOne solution
-Participate in pre-sales activities and POCs with regards to technical solution review and providing technical support
-Contributing to the continuous improvement process, implementing automation to enhance service delivery quality and speed

All you need is....
-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent
-Exceptional communication skills
-Minimum 5 years of hands-on software deployment experience
-Strong knowledge in any scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, PHP, Bash, PowerShell)
-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
-Basic knowledge in Oracle, MySQL databases
-Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders both internal & external to get quick resolution of technical matters
-Skillful in building trust and confidence of stakeholders with high quality and timely deliveries
-Flexibility with working across multiple time-zones based on project requirements
-(Region Specific Role) Ability to speak and read Mandarin is a requirement to support the China/Taiwan region

-Knowledge in Telecommunications and Radio Network technology (3G,4G,5G)
-Experience in analyzing Drive Test and OSS data
-Experience in implementing ETL solutions
-Experience in Cloud technologies
-Experience in working with JIRA and Confluence
-Experience in working with Linux based environment
