Job Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective teaching in Finance, Operations Management, and related subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Lead curriculum design and academic quality assurance for relevant programmes. Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and postgraduate theses. Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputable, peer-reviewed journals. Secure external research funding and lead collaborative research initiatives. Mentor junior faculty and contribute to academic staff development. Contribute to strategic planning, programme development, and accreditation processes (e.g., MQA, AACSB). Foster academic-industry linkages to support student employability and curriculum relevance.

Job Requirement

PhD in Finance, Operations Management, or a closely related field. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferable. Proven academic record with substantial publications in Scopus/WoS-indexed journals. Demonstrated experience in teaching, curriculum development, and student supervision. Prior experience at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor with strong academic leadership. Ability to lead multidisciplinary research and engage with external stakeholders. * Familiarity with business school accreditation standards (e.g., AACSB) is an added advantage.
