What you\'ll need to succeed Possession of a doctoral degree (PhD) is required. An impressive history of effectively creating and advancing curriculum with innovative approaches. An exceptional teaching record, showcasing a dedication to educational advancements and creativity. A remarkable research track record, exemplified by world-class publications, grant acquisitions, and successful supervision of PhD students. Demonstrated expertise in research leadership, encompassing the ability to secure research funding, lead major projects, and, when applicable, establish and manage research teams.
