Job Description

Visual Content Creation:

Design and edit digital assets (e.g. posters, infographics, and videos) for internal and external communications. Develop merchandise designs (e.g. t-shirts, event materials, etc.). Ensure all visuals align with corporate branding guidelines.

Photography & Videography:

Capture high-quality photos and videos of internal and external events and activities. Edit photos and videos for internal and external communications and social media platforms

Event & Communication Support:

Support internal and external events, including quarterly meetings, exhibitions and employee engagement activities. Support with logistics, setup, and promotional materials. Contribute creative ideas to enhance communication campaigns and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications / Experience:

Essential:

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia Open for Fresh graduate or those currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or Cap cut are a plus!) Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent Minimum duration would be 12 weeks or above (Preferrable 6 months durations) Compulsory internship placements by university
Desirable:

Passionate about visual storytelling and corporate communications. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn. Able to accommodate occasional Global online meetings (maximum three times a month, UK time (AM)/ MY time (PM) Good communication skills and creative mindset. Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
