Job Summary

The Program Administrator will be based in Prai, Penang
Lead the execution of the customer requirements, and through that deliver the projected value to Flex and its customers, using tools and initiatives of the company, to maintain business relationships and maximize customer satisfaction.

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

• At least Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Strong in problem solving
• Ability to make effective and sound decisions
• Ability to interface with different levels of the organization
• Self confident & willing to assume leadership role
• Strong communication skills
• Well organized & disciplined; sets priorities and manages time effectively
• Facilitates effective meetings
