Working Location, Days & Hours:

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in public health, applied social/behavioral science, or a related discipline is highly recommended.
Solid background in community engagement or health programs; prior leadership experience is advantageous for managing a team and guiding outreach efforts.
Strong leadership skills to supervise a team, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build partnerships with collaborators and stakeholders.

Job Scopes:

Works closely with the Program Director to set up the Sarawak branch
Lead a small local team, ensuring that Program ROSE is effectively implemented and aligned with the foundation's mission and strategic goals.
Engaging relevant stakeholders in Sarawak, strategic planning, and ensuring high standards of operations to maximize programme's reach and effectiveness in Sarawak.
