\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: Our client is a leading electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider known for its expertise in producing and delivering electronic components and devices.Industry: Electronic Manufacturing ServicesLocation: SenaiHeadcount: 1Position Title: Program Executive/ EngineerTenure: Permanents\xc2\xb7 Responsible for new product transfer, project management, scheduling order fulfilment, and overall customer satisfaction.\xc2\xb7 Able to maintain close interface with existing and potential customers on product and technology development.\xc2\xb7 Communicate customers\' needs effectively to all functional groups.\xc2\xb7 Responsible and ownership of Request for Quotation (RFQ) submission.\xc2\xb7 Bill of Materials (BOM) setup in SAP system.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for raising internal Engineering Change Order (ECO) & and managing that once received an official Engineering Change Notice (ECN) from the customer.\xc2\xb7 Project Management of New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure it is timely, accurate, and of good quality.\xc2\xb7 Active Management of NPI materials to make sure obsoleted or inactive materials after NPI builds are resolved with customers timely.\xc2\xb7 Lead the change management.Requirements\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical/ electrical/ manufacturing/ Program or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 Min. 2-3 years of working experience in Project/ Program Management, Customer Service in a manufacturing environment.\xc2\xb7 Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and with overseas customers.\xc2\xb7 Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal withMandarin-speaking clients.\xc2\xb7 Have related experience in NPI/ Manufacturing/ new program management/ salesSub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor;Mechanical
