Job Description
Program Executive.
Our client is a well-established Singapore manufacturer based in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.
Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Plastic Resins)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday
Summary of the role:
- Act as a contact point between internal departments and external clients.
- Liaise with Sales Team and client for demand forecast, schedule pull in and shipment schedule commitment.
- Follow up payment schedule.
- Assist in sample request arrangement with local and oversea vendors.
- Assist in data entry into system.
- Ad-hoc duties to be assigned by superior.
- Min 1 years of relevant working experience in program/project/supply chain function, manufacturing industry or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level in any discipline or above.
- Required language - English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
