Location : Johor Bahru, Johor
Be the Champion of the customer and the customer\'s voice throughout the factory. Effectively communicate all customer requirements to appropriate departments.
To strategize Customer Account Development Plans for your customers and achieve agreed targets for sales and profit.
To participate in RFQ stage as well as actively involved with customers on quotations, price feedback and price negotiations
To coordinate with manufacturing transfer projects from overseas at full scope
To direct the materials sourcing team to solve sourcing problems for customers.
To collaborate with inter-departments (NPI, Program, Testing, Engineering depts etc.) to ensure customer deliverables are achieved (quality, technical support, cost, delivery etc.)
To provide technical support to costing department to enhance services to customers at competitive cost.
To communicate with customers effectively, prepare presentations and arrange for customer meetings as when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Degree/Diploma in Business Management (Engineering), Technology Management, Electronic Engineering. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in project / customer account management, new product introduction, commercial management (pricing & negotiation) in Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry.
Knowledge on products / processes in electronics manufacturing industry including Molding, SMT, PCB and Box Built would be added advantage.
