\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: MNC CompanyIndustry : Plastics ManufacturingLocation: Iskandar Puteri, JBHeadcount: 1Position Title: Program ManagerTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM 8,000 - RM12,000Duties and Responsibilities:Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Handle and manage designated local and overseas customers with sales and result oriented approach.Respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information about company products and services.Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.Prepare proposals and quotations for potential and existing clients.Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.Job Requirements:At least a Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.5 years or relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or equivalent environment is preferred.Ability to read and follow blueprints and sketches.Good program management, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good proficiency in EnglishKnowledge of ERP will be an added advantage.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Others
