Within TEG, Group Communications and CSR (GCCSR) department governs one of TEG\'s internal communications and engagement platform called CIRCLES.

CIRCLES is a forum that provides a safe space for leaders to support each other\'s learning and growth in the organization Members in a CIRCLES group meet once a month for 4 hours to learn from one another and exchange ideas. Since its inception in 2012. CIRCLES was managed on a voluntary basis by various employees of TEG. We are now seeking for a dedicated Program Manager to manage the following.

Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Plan and coordinate quarterly meetings for CIRCLES Committee
• CIRCLES recruitment: To scout for new interests, conduct Taste of CIRCLES sessions to recruit and onboard new CIRCLES members into their respective CIRCLES
• Plan and coordinate annual CIRCLES health surveys
• Plan and coordinate CIRCLES Moderator\'s Training
• Custodian of CIRCLES budget
• Meet with all moderators twice a year to share best practices, provide guidance and to build shared commitment amongst moderators
• Strategize, coordinate, and manage learning events with the respective CIRCLES (Each CIRCLES takes turns to create a learning event each quarter)
• Act as the knowledge leader and expert for CIRCLES
