Job Description


  • Responsible for overseeing subprojects and a broad spectrum of tasks that exert a substantial influence on the entire organization.
  • Lead and Coordinate Project and functional steering for OneHUB and OneX initiatives across AAP and Europe
  • Define product vision and target picture. Steer product mgmt./ performance, demand and release planning together with tech counterpart
  • Develop and Drive integration with platforms for customer delivery solutions, workbench technology and process orchestration (i.e. Salesforce, PEGA, NextGen)
  • Strategic lead to define product vision and target picture. Steer product management performance along with linking market performance and OneHUB project team. Also responsible in demand and release planning together with tech counterpart
  • Lead Sourcing Project. Strategic development, implementation and steering strategy for outsourcing for AAP and Europe.
  • Support EVP to lead and implement strategic development of Global topics where applicable
  • Drive efficiency through reduction of process and system complexity
  • Supporting Iteration Execution. Support the team during the iteration, increasing the team\xe2\x80\x99s likelihood of achieving its iteration goals and PI objectives.
  • Building and Improving High-Performing Teams.

What you bring to the table:

Education
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business management, Business Administration, Banking/Finance, Engineering or a related field
Work experience:
  • 5- 10 years relevant working experience Project Management / Process Management / Business Development / IT / Controlling/ Executive Assistant
Industry experience:
  • Financial Services / Banking / Consulting
  • Hands on experience of Agile implementation (Certified SCRUM and/or SAFe Product Owner or Scrum Master preferred)
  • Compliance Mindset - sensitive in compliance review and checking.
  • Proven track record in driving impactful projects and/or product development for customer or business.
  • Excellent business negotiation language skills in English (Oral & Written), Proficiency in Asian languages preferred
  • Experienced in Jira/Confluence, Mural, and MS Office (i.e. MS Teams, PowerPoint)
