As part of our expansion and community outreach initiatives, we are seeking a proactive and well-organized Program Organizer to join our team.

About the Role



A Program Organizer plans, executes, and monitors programs, aligning them with organizational goals by managing timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams, requiring strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

In Sham Poliklinik, the Program Organizer is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing health-related programs, outreach activities and events. This role suits individuals who are highly organized, people-oriented and passionate about community engagement and healthcare promotion.

Their core duties involve strategic planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, performance tracking, and reporting across multiple interconnected projects, ensuring overall success and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities



Program Planning & Coordination

Develop program strategies, define project scopes, set goals, and create detailed operational plans. Oversee multiple projects within a program, manage timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies. Plan, organize and coordinate health programs, medical check-ups, talks and outreach activities. Liaise with internal teams, external partners, vendors and community organizations. Prepare program schedules, budgets, logistics and required documentation. Ensure all programs are carried out smoothly, safely and on schedule.
Event Execution & Reporting

Oversee on-site program execution and manage event logistics. Coordinate manpower, equipment and materials for each program. Track KPI, monitor program progress, identify risks and resolve issues during events. Prepare post-event reports, including attendance, outcomes and recommendations. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Marketing & Promotion Support

Assist in promoting programs through social media, posters and other communication channels. Support community engagement and branding initiatives. Collect feedback from participants to improve future programs.

Essential Skills:



Organizational & Time Management: Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Leadership & Communication: Strong verbal/written skills, active listening, ability to command respect. Problem-Solving: Ability to address bottlenecks, risks, and changes effectively. Technical: Knowledge of project management tools and methods (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Strategic Thinking: Aligning projects with broader organizational goals. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong proficiency in graphic design tool and social media advertising.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree (Business, Management, related fields) Proven experience in project/program management, leadership, or relevant industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Organized, assertive, excellent time management and adaptable to work under pressure and fast-paced environment. Willingness to improve and learn new knowledge for future growth Able to participate to activities/events outside of administration/office scope Well versed in Malay and English Experience in Medical Clinic Process is an advantage Based in Kajang and/or Bangi or willing to commute. For long-term worker only, at least 5 years.
