Programmatic Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the Precision Engagement Lead to develop and execute precision programmatic strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Utilize your expertise in programmatic DOOH planning and implementation to create impactful campaigns.
  • Demonstrates expertise in media consolidation strategies to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Proficient in working with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources and understands how to leverage these data types effectively in precision campaigns.
  • Knowledge about data tools and the capability to integrate data seamlessly into precision programmatic strategies
Tools Expertise:
  • Have hands-on experience with DSPs like TTD and DV360, and familiarity with Teads, Hivestack, and Yahoo.
  • Possesses hands-on experience on the operational side of programmatic, including campaign setup, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced features and targeting options within DSPs like TTD and DV360
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and data integration to enhance targeting precision.
  • Ability to set up and manage programmatic guaranteed deals, preferred deals, and private marketplaces (PMPs) within DSP platforms.
Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including publishers and technology providers.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships to enhance campaign performance and innovation.
  • Develops and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted partner for their programmatic advertising needs.
  • Supports planning teams in client meetings and presentations to discuss programmatic strategies, campaign performance, and future opportunities.
  • Identifies opportunities for strategic alliances with internal partners to create case studies and award-winning campaigns
  • Actively seeks out and cultivates partnerships with external stakeholders, including publishers and technology vendors to stay at the forefront of programmatic trends.
Product Development:
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking to devise new approaches for selling precision products.
  • Leverage existing offerings to create sub-products that cater to specific client needs.
  • Ensures that all products meet industry standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations.
  • Champions a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative thinking and a proactive approach to product development
Tracking and Brand Safety:
  • Utilize tracking tools like Campaign Manager to monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
  • Ensure brand safety by working with tools such as DV, IAS, and MOAT.
  • Implements best practices for tracking and brand safety parameters to optimize campaign outcomes and maintain trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Offers guidance and training to team members on the effective use of tracking and brand safety tools, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making and compliance
Training and Education:
  • Leads and facilitates training sessions and workshops for internal teams, ensuring that team members stay up-to-date with the latest programmatic trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborates with external training providers, industry experts, and certification programs to enhance the skill set of the programmatic team and ensure continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media buying.
  • Proficiency in programmatic advertising platforms such as DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and Ad Exchanges.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with budget management and optimization to achieve campaign objectives.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns for diverse clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
