The Programme Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and academic operations of the Just English Centre located within an international school in Bangkok. The Coordinator ensures that all aspects of the Centre's operations are conducted in accordance with Just English policies and procedures, maintaining high academic standards and effective programme delivery. The role involves leading teachers, liaising with school administrators, and overseeing all academic and operational functions to ensure smooth running of the English Language Centre.
Job Duties
The Programme Coordinator is specifically responsible for performing the following duties:
Organisational and Operational Duties
Oversee the operations of one or more Centres, as required.
Collaborate with school administrators to prepare timetables, allocate classrooms, and coordinate external programmes.
Ensure class attendance records, schedules, and exam timetables are accurate and up to date.
Assign teachers and multimedia lab administrators to classes and programme components.
Implement programme changes and curriculum updates as issued by Just English headquarters.
Ensure accurate reporting and submission of weekly, periodic, and ad hoc reports to both the school and Just English headquarters.
Academic Responsibilities
Conduct teacher training and professional development sessions.
Supervise the administration of placement tests and ensure proper student placement.
Monitor teaching quality through classroom observations, feedback, and student progress reviews.
Coordinate academic meetings, workshops, and shared-learning sessions.
Ensure the effective use of learning platforms and resources.
Support teachers in classroom management, assessment procedures, and academic record keeping.
Teach classes as required.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventories of books, materials, and academic resources.
Ensure timely submission of reports, receipts, and documentation to the relevant parties.
Safeguard examination materials and student records.
Ensure the safety and maintenance of Centre facilities and equipment.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Group CEO or Just English headquarters.

Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience
Minimum
four (4) years
of second language teaching experience (ESL/EFL).
Minimum
three (3) years
in a managerial or programme coordination role within English language education.
Experience with
CEFR, Cambridge, TOEFL, and IELTS
preparation and testing.
