Primary Objective:

The Programme Manager serves as the custodian for Programme 11 (Build Leading and Next Generation Customer Experience). Its role would include: -

  • Review and report progress of the program to Management
  • Communication related to the Program
  • Organise and facilitate Business reviews sessions
  • Plan and organize the Annual Business Planning (Management and Board Offsite)
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Squad Lead, CX Strategy in the following functions cutting across Group Customer Experience.

Programme 11 (Build Leading and Next Generation Customer Experience)
  • Review and report progress of the program to Management or any parties, where required
  • Communication related to the Program such as roadshows, townhalls, leadership forums etc.
  • Organise and facilitate quarterly Group Townhall and Leadership forums
  • Organise and facilitate Business reviews sessions (e.g. quarter review with GMD, mid-year review with GMC/Board)
  • Plan and organise the Annual Business Planning (Management and Board Offsites) and assist in the preparation of the necessary materials
Operation and Compliance (for BRCO only)

GS&A division:
  • Act as the Business Risk Compliance Officer\xe2\x80\x99s (BRCO) and BCP Coordinator for GCX
  • Collates and is custodian of all group policies and procedures for GCX
  • Ensures the division\xe2\x80\x99s compliance to Group policy and procedures; and audit matters are promptly addressed
  • Consolidates and prepares all GCX operational risk reporting metrics for various group committees
Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Bachelor Degree in Banking / Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration.

- Preferably professional accounting/finance qualification (CB, ACCA, CPA, CA, CFA etc.)

At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Sound knowledge in financial products and services.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and meticulous.
  • Have good sense of urgency and works effectively and efficiently despite under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiar and able to produce power point presentations
