Job Summary: The Programmer Analyst III vacancy is a senior-level role that combines advanced programming skills with expertise in system analysis and design. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining complex software applications, as well as analyzing and documenting user requirements. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that align with business objectives and optimize system performance. The Programmer Analyst III will also provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members. This position requires a deep understanding of programming languages, database management, and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using .NET, Mendix, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. - Architect and implement efficient CI/CD processes for automated software delivery. - Write clean, scalable, and high-quality code following best practices and coding standards. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends related to CI/CD and software development. - Design and optimize application deployment processes using CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps. - Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, leading sprints and delivering on project milestones. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews. Job Qualifications Knowledge Requirements: - Extensive experience in full-stack .NET development using .NET 6, ASP.NET MVC, and C#. - Strong proficiency in the Mendix low-code development platform. - Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like VueJS or Angular. - In-depth knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL database development. - Proven track record of implementing and managing CI/CD processes for software delivery. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization, mobile development (Xamarine, MAUI, Flutter), and Selenium WebDriver is a plus. - Python knowledge is a plus for automation and scripting tasks. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams. - Ability to mentor and guide junior developers in technical aspects. Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 6-8 years working experience in related field.
