Invenico Asia Sdn Bhd is a leading IT industry company, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions to our clients. We are looking for a talented and experienced Mid-Level Laravel Developer to join our growing development team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Laravel Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Laravel PHP framework. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for coding, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy web applications and backend systems using Laravel. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs. Ensure the security and data protection of applications. Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and stay up-to-date with emerging web tecnologies. Work closely with project managers and team leads to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, or other relational databases. Strong knowledge in at least one of the following technologies - Laravel, Next.js, or Python. Proficiency in multiple is a strong advantage. Familiarity with front-end technologies preferably Next.js is a plus. Experience with RESTful API development.. Experienced working with APIs and third-party integrations. Strong understanding of version control tools like Git. Knowledge of database design and query optimization. Familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient code deployment. Ability to write efficient, scalable, and reusable code. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiar with Ubuntu and comfortable with working in the terminal. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with cloud services preferably AWS. Experience with testing frameworks like PHPUnit or Laravel Dusk is a plus. Proficient in CSS is a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
