Job Description

1. Responsible for the architect, researching, designing, developing, installing, testing, maintaining and implementing complete software solutions to meet business requirements;
2. Customisation and implementation of existing software solutions;
3. Design and develop real-time, multi-tier applications;
4. Prepare test scripts, user guides and training manuals;
5. Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility;
6. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system;
7. Document and maintain software functionality;
8. Perform unit tests, fix bugs, troubleshoot and deploy multi-tier applications;
9. The position requires constant communication with colleagues;
10. Consistently deliver assignments adhering to functional specifications, quality standards and project plans and industry standards;
11. An expert in identifying and understanding problems and opportunities; This includes the ability to articulate the needs that are associated with the key problem to be solved or opportunity to be realized;
12. Participate in the project, change and product documentation;
13. Work closely with project manager and client to analyse customer requirements and change requests;
14. Develop application code and modules for business and technical requirements;
15. Tune-up design for maintainability, scalability and efficiency;
16. Coordinate and support technical staff, operations and vendors;
17. Interact with clients to determine their requirements and needs;
18. Resolve and troubleshoot problems and complex issues;
19. Integrate best qualitative practices in the design and development aspects of programs;
20. Analysts to identify client objectives and specifications;
21. Comply with programming standards, company directives and legal requirements;
22. Prepare ad hoc queries for new business;
23. Provide technical and analytical support for internal and external stakeholders;
24. Remains competent and current through self-directed professional reading and developing professional contacts with colleagues;
25. Any other tasks as assigned by Superior/Management.

Job Requirement:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or any related discipline
2. Minimum 2 years experience in a related field
3. Preferably Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent;
4. Proficiency in logical analysis and thinking creatively is required;
5. The ability to maintain confidentiality in regard to information processed, stored, or accessed by the systems is required;
6. Proficiency in understanding coding techniques, testing strategies, and application implementation is required;
7. Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
8. Excellent skills in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3 and bootstrap;
9. In-depth knowledge of databases such as MySQL Enterprise and PostgreSQL;
10. Knowledge in MVC Framework such as CodeIgniter, Laravel, Yii, etc;
11. Knowledge in Apache Solr, Lucidworks, Pentaho BI and JasperReports;
12. Experience in Mobile Apps Development (IoS & Android) would be added advantage;
13. Experience in IoT applications would be added advantage;
14. Knowledge in C++, C#, Microsoft SQL would be useful;
15. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
