Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role.Technical Skills:-Proven experience in software development, with a focus on leadership or team management.-Strong knowledge in PHP programming, Mysql, HTML5, CSS and Javascript-Proficiency in PHP, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML, RESTful API-Experience with PHP framework (Laravel,Opencart, Wordpress), Javascript framework (JQuery, Vue.js), CSS framework (SASS, Bootstrap, tailwindcss)-Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Leadership Skills:-Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage conflicts, and drive results.Project Management:-Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.Communication:-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving:-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.Adaptability:-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership:-Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunitiesProject Management: Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Technical Expertise: Act as a technical authority within the team, providing code reviews, architectural guidance, and best practice recommendations.Development: Participate in hands-on coding and development activities, particularly for complex or critical components of the project.Quality Assurance: Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and testing protocols to maintain high levels of code quality.Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development, testing, and production phases.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, including process optimization, adoption of new technologies, and technical debt reduction.Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and expectations.Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure that team members meet their individual and collective goals.Benefits
