This role involves analyzing user requirements, designing efficient technical solutions, and ensuring seamless system functionality across departments. The programmer will also take part in ERP integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support
day-to-day ERP system operations
, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity.
Collaborate with internal departments to
analyze user and business requirements
and translate them into scalable system solutions.
Design, develop, test, and deploy
ERP customizations, interfaces, modules, and reports.
Work with
vendors and external consultants
during ERP implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Prepare and maintain detailed
system documentation
, including workflows, configuration notes, and training materials.
Ensure
data accuracy, security, and compliance
across all ERP applications and related systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot
system performance, identifying root causes and implementing timely resolutions.
Participate in
full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
activities--covering design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Support
system automation and API integrations
to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree
in
Computer Science

Information Technology
, or a related discipline.
Minimum
2-3 years
of experience in
ERP system programming, support, or implementation

Proficient in programming languages such as
SQL, Java, C#, C++, Python
, or equivalent.
Experience in
system integration

customization
, and
application development
across ERP platforms.
Familiarity with
database management systems

reporting tools
(e.g., Crystal Reports, Power BI) is an advantage.
Strong
analytical, debugging, and problem-solving

Mandarin proficiency
