RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain software applications, ensuring meet user needs and business objectives.
MAJOR TASKS

Provide first-line support for all internal systems, ensuring smooth operation across stations and workflows. Support and modify existing software applications. Create new software applications based on user requests. Prepare software validation reports and perform validation. Refactor code to improve efficiency, performance, and maintainability over time.
SUBTASKS

Address computer software and hardware issues whenever the IT Support team is unavailable.

Job Requirements/ Qualification/ Skills:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking management. At least 1 year of experience in software development, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong programming skills in VB6, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and C#. Strong project management skills. Experience with database servers such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Solid understanding of Computer Software Validation. Strong problem-solving skills. Thorough knowledge and understanding of GMP compliance requirements. Preferred software experience: Crystal Reports and Microsoft Visual Studio. Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
