Requirements
-Ability to operate CNC milling, Knowledge of machine and tooling capabilities.
. Knowledgeable in tool & parameter selection as per the material.
. Ability to generate CAM programming (Mastercam software) for 2.5D,3D 3 axis, 4 axis indexer vertical, horizontal machine.
. Fair knowledge of GD&T.
. Ability to perform own setups on CNC milling.
. Able to interpret fairly complex schematics or drawings and identify mistakes
. Design Jig & Fixture for mills process - FA parts. (SolidWorks software)
. Prepare detailed work instructions and supervise machining process validations.
Experience in programming & setting of 5 Axis CNC machines with MasterCam for aerospace parts
Able to interpret drawings with geometrical dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T).
Knowledge of programs, macros, CAD & CAM (i.e. Catia & Solidworks) software
Setting & operating CNC Machines with Fanuc, HEIDENHAIN and Mitsubishi Controllers
Experienced in setting and machining difference materials such as Inconel, Titanum, Steel, Staineless steel, Alloy steel, Aluminium alloys, engineering plastics (example peek, nylon) and etc.
Able to recognize errors in the G-code and make edits prior to machining the work piece
Able to communicate effectively with wide variety of internal and external customers
High patient person, willingness to learn new things, positive attitude with 'can do' mindset
Jig & Fixture and Clamping Solution (Design and Build)
Responsibility:
To perform CNC Programming for all CNC Milling Machines, 5 Axis is a must
Setting and machining of new & existing products
Ensure CNC Programming compliance with product drawing specifications, customer specifications and requirements
Identify all required tooling (special and normal), estimate and report cycle time during RFQ stage
Technical review product drawing and raise concerns during RFQ stage
To check all tooling, gauges and program are correct before commencing jobs
To set up and read through the programming, as well as make program alterations on minor error encounters
To verify dimensions and alignment of machined products, using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, height gauges and gauges blocks
To ensure that machining work carried out meet the required quality as stated in the respective manuals and technical documents
To confers with engineers, production personnel or others to resolve machining or assembly problems
Meet & discuss with Customer when necessary
Responsibilities
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering with 5 year relevant working experience
Fluent in English (Read & Write)
Sound technical skill and knowledge on programming and machining
Experience in aerospace products programming & machining
