Programming & Coding Support Assistant (intern)

This internship is perfect for students or fresh graduates who want to

strengthen their coding knowledge

, improve communication skills, and explore the field of tech education.

No teaching experience is required

-- just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

Assist in conducting fun and engaging coding lessons (online or in-person). Support teaching in areas like

Python, Game Design, Web Development

, and more. Help prepare coding exercises, challenges, and mini-projects. Guide students in troubleshooting and understanding coding concepts. Monitor learner progress and share feedback under trainer supervision. Collaborate with senior trainers to improve lesson content and delivery. Create a positive, supportive, and interactive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

Computer Science, IT, Education, or a related field

. Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g.,

Python, HTML/CSS, Git, OOP

). Interest in teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow. Good communication skills and a

team-player attitude

.Patience, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.

Willingness to travel

to education centers and international schools within Penang.

No prior teaching experience required!

Internship Details

Location:

Georgetown, Penang (with occasional travel to education centers & international schools in Penang)

Duration:

3-6 months

Allowance:

Up to RM 1,000.00

Preferred Start Date:

August/September
