Job Description

1)Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Basic knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, VPN). Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (firewalls, antivirus, encryption).
2) Software Proficiency:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic software applications. Knowledge of python, C++, C coding Familiarity with database management and data entry (e.g., SQL). Experience with system administration tools is a plus. THose in AI related course work - Gen AI, ML is a plus
3) Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
4) Communication Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills to assist users and document procedures.
5) Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively within the IT team and with other departments.
6) Adaptability:

Willingness to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
7) Time Management:

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8) Attention to Detail:

Meticulous in performing technical tasks and maintaining accurate records.
9) Willingness to Learn:

Proactive in pursuing further learning and professional development.
