The Group You\'ll Be A Part OfGlobal Supply Chain Management - Supply Chain Business Operations - Finance OpsThe Impact You\'ll MakeAs a Program/Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Finance Operations in Global Supply Chain. You\'ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate teams across the Supply Chain Organization as well as external stakeholders and business partners.In this role, you will directly contribute to the cost and compliance success of the whole Supply Chain Organization. Finance Ops owns managing programs to achieve cost goals and owns the outcomes of financial compliance audits.What You\'ll Do

• Lead projects cost and compliance related projects to solve complex business problems.
• Build solutions that will improve compliance management business processes and support critical business strategies.
• Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
• Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.

Who We\'re Looking ForMinimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master\'s degree with 6+ years\' experience; or equivalent experience
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus
• Experience managing and tracking financial imacts of business decisions
• Experience with financial audits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
