Job Description

Make new connector tooling and improve cost saving connector tooling and responsible for assembly process of connector parts He will interact with designer for the fabrication process and do the planning for assembling of the connector to become quality finished product He will do the final touch up for assembly connector by using the fine jig and machine He will act as "trouble shooting" to constantly improve the quality / delivery from Moulding department to Assembly line He will guide the local tool room machinist and train local "Connector tooling" in acquiring the technical know-how of connector tool making and connector tooling technique To provide reports on connector tooling status, test run the new jig and machine design or whatever relevant documents needed to the requirement of the customers Colloborate with other engineering teams to define requirements and conceptualize ideas for designing, testing implementing effective tooling and equipment for manufacturing Participate in the design and development new tooling, utilizing engineering skills and expertise Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 year of hands-on experience Good problem-solving and analytical skills Able to work independently and provide technical guidance to team members.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
